2026 Preferential Primary, Non-Partisan Judicial, Annual School and Special General:

What's on the ballot?  

If you choose a Republican ballot, you will receive a ballot with the Republican Candidates that are running for State Offices and County Offices.  It will also contain your Annual School Millage.  If you are in the Senate District 26, you will receive the ballot for the Special General.

If you choose a Democratic ballot, you will receive a ballot with the Democratic Candidates that are running for State Offices and County Offices.  It will also contain your Annual School Millage.  If you are in the Senate District 26, you will receive the ballot for the Special General.

If you choose a Non-Partisan ballot, you will receive a ballot with ONLY the Non-Partisan Judicial Candidate along with your Annual School Millage.  If you are in the Senate District 26, you will receive the ballot for the Special General.

If you would like a sample ballot, you can download one from the Arkansas Secretary of State website, or you may request one by email.  Send your request and either your address or date of birth to coordinator@logancoarcbec.gov. You may also go to the County Clerk's office or Election Commission office, and they will print one for you.

2026 PREFERENTIAL PRIMARY, NON-PARTISAN JUDICIAL, ANNUAL SCHOOL AND SPECIAL GENERAL ELECTION

The 2026 Preferential Primary, Non-Partisan Judicial, Annual School and Special General Election will be held on March 3, 2026 and polls will open at 7:30 a.m. and close promptly at 7:30 p.m.

Early Voting will begin February 17, 2026 (Monday February 16, 2026 is a holiday) at 8:00 a.m.  The early polls will be open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The last day of early voting will be March 2, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The sample ballot for this election will be posted after February 3 run off is complete.

RULES FOR VOTING IN THE PRIMARY:

The new rules for the 2026 Primary are as follows:  If you are registered as a Republican or Independent (Optional) in Arkansas, you will have access to the Republican, Democratic, or Non-Partisan primary ballot. If you are registered as a Democrat in Arkansas, you will have access to a Democratic or Non-Partisan primary ballot.

Please remember that crossover voting is illegal.
