Meet the Logan County Election Commissioners

Russ Parish, Logan County Election Commissioner, Chair

A 6th-generation resident of Booneville Arkansas, Russ has been a transportation consultant with RLS & Associates since 2019. He worked for ATA for 20 years before that.  He currently lives in Booneville, Arkansas with his wife, Amanda Webb.

 

 

Lee Lane, Logan County Election Commissioner

A native of Paris, Arkansas she is a 2022 College of Engineering Hall of Fame winner.  She was the first woman to graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Ph.D. in engineering and it was the beginning of a successful career in the aerospace industry for her. She is now retired and living in Paris, Arkansas with her husband, Sam McCutcheon.

 

 

Jeff Glover, Logan County Election Commissioner

He retired from International Trucking Engine after 32 years and then retired from the Arkansas Department of Corrections after 12 years.  He and his wife, Robin, relocated to Paris in 2021 from the Little Rock area.
