Meet the Logan County Election Commissioners

Russ Parish, Logan County Election Commissioner, Chair

A 6th-generation resident of Booneville Arkansas, Russ has been a transportation consultant with RLS & Associates since 2019. He worked for ATA for 20 years before that.  He currently lives in Booneville, Arkansas with his wife, Amanda Webb.

 

 

Jeff Glover, Logan County Election Commissioner

He retired from International Trucking Engine after 32 years and then retired from the Arkansas Department of Corrections after 12 years.  He and his wife, Robin, relocated to Paris in 2021 from the Little Rock area.

 

 

Jo Dawn Carter, Logan County Election Commissioner/Coordinator

Retired from Logan County Deputy Clerk and returned to work for the Election Commission. She and her husband, Robert, live in Booneville.
